- Consultant in the development of new service channels for the Comprehensive Health Insurance. Participated in processing information collected from 17 districts nationwide for the proposal of new service channels for the Comprehensive Health Insurance
- Consultant in the development of the IT Strategic Plan at Osinergmin. Participated in gathering information from the key stakeholders within the organization, as well as in preparing reports that contributed to the creation of Osinergmin's PETI.
